The Fix Kit

Your record is already public. The men deciding whether you get the load are reading it through software. This kit is how you fix what it says.

The free checker on this site shows your CSA scores, your authority, your insurance filings, and the flags on your record — in plain words. The Fix Kit is the second half: the step-by-step walkthroughs, the fill-in templates, and the 90-day plan that clean the record up. One payment of $79. No subscription. The page is yours to keep and print.

What the broker's screen checks — the part you never see

Before any broker offers you a first load, your company runs through an identity and safety check. Every big brokerage uses one of these systems now, and most small ones do too. The check is automatic and it takes seconds. It looks at four things:

The broker sees a result. You see nothing — until the phone stops ringing. Your free report card on this site is that same public record, read in plain words. This kit is the fix for what it shows: section 5 is the identity cleanup, and section 2 is the score cleanup.

What's inside

1. Your Record, Decoded

Every line on your report card, explained: what each CSA score counts, which flags brokers weigh most, which problems fix themselves with time and which ones sit there until you act. No acronyms left standing.

2. The DataQs Challenge Playbook

DataQs is the federal system where wrong records get corrected — and where most carriers lose winnable challenges by filing them badly. The playbook walks each challenge type step by step: an inspection assigned to the wrong carrier, a crash that was not preventable, a citation that was dismissed or never convicted, the wrong violation written, a duplicate record. What evidence wins, what to attach, what to write, and what never to say.

3. Six fill-in DataQs request templates

One template per challenge type, plus the not-my-driver / sold-the-truck case. Each one is fill-in-the-blanks with the evidence checklist printed beside it, so the request goes out complete the first time.

4. The Bad-Inspection Cleanup Guide

The 24-month window in plain math: when each violation falls off your scores, how the time weights (×3, ×2, ×1) really work, a worked example of a score healing, and how to choose which violations are worth a challenge and which ones waste your credibility.

5. Authority & Insurance Flag Fixes

The identity section. Exact fix paths for a dead or pending authority, an insurance filing that is missing or under the minimum, a pending cancellation — and the name, address, and phone mismatches between your filings that make identity systems nervous. Includes the MCS-150 update walkthrough in the new Motus system, field by field.

6. The 90-Day Score-Lowering Plan

Week by week: the pre-trip inspection routine that kills the top Vehicle Maintenance violations before the scale house finds them, the top-10 violation cheat sheet by category (built from the current federal file, not from memory), and one-page driver coaching cards for speeding, logs, and phone use.

7. The Broker-Ready One-Pager

A clean one-page summary to hand a broker or a factoring company: your current record, your flags, and the fixes you have already filed, with dates. It turns "trust me" into paperwork.

Who this is for

Not for you if your card is clean and your phone rings — or if you want someone to file for you. This kit is help-with, never file-for-you: the filings stay in your name, where they belong.

How it works

Pay once ($79, card, through Stripe). You land straight on the kit page — bookmark it, print it, it stays yours. Run your free check first if you haven't: check your CSA score, read the flags, then decide if the fixes are worth $79 to you.

Questions

Is this a subscription?

No. One payment of $79. There is nothing to cancel because there is nothing recurring.

Does the kit change my score by itself?

No — and anyone who promises that is lying to you. Scores change when the record changes: a successful DataQs challenge, a corrected filing, clean inspections over time. The kit walks you through each of those, in order, with the templates filled in as far as blanks allow.

Do you file the challenges for me?

No. DataQs filings and federal updates must come from the carrier. The kit gives you the exact steps, the words, and the evidence checklists; you press the buttons.

Where does the data come from?

The same public FMCSA files the brokers' systems read — the company census, the safety measurement files, and the Motus authority and insurance filings. Our method page names every file and its date.

Is my information sold or shared?

The checker asks for a number, not your name or email. Nothing you type here is sold.
